Sylvain, my concierge, easily made my trip memorable. He was kind, thoughtful, attentive, and resourceful.
Luckily I met Sylvain on my first day in Cannes. I shared that it was my birthday and that I was a solo traveler.
Sylvain immediately reassured me that he would make sure I had wonderful birthday and encouraged me to take an adventure to Monte Carlo. In doing so, he arranged transportation, dinner at a premiere restaurant, and late-night transportation to Cannes. During the evening, Sylvain kept in touch on Whatsapp messenger to confirm my arrival, and satisfaction with the bookings. To my surprise when I arrived Sylvain greeted me at the curb to ensure that I felt safe. This by far was the most thoughtful and selfless action.
